I was/am taken back by this exceptional goat’s milk base. My first batch use was 786 gms. I used a fast melt unit and the entire base melted in less than three minutes. This base accepted/mixed phenomenally well with the Argan carrier oil and the fives fragrance oils in the formula. Bubbles were extremely low and only had to spritz with alcohol twice. It held the correct temperature well and poured smoothly with absolutely no soft clumping. The liquid colorant mixed easily and the bars turned out beautiful. They lather easily and are holding their specific scent with regular use.

This melt and pour soap base is easy to use. It takes color and fragrance easily, and sudses up even in hard water. Although it is goat milk soap base, it does contain glycerin, and other additives. The ingredient list is on the back of the box. An included card gives information for an e-book that gives directions for melting. Upon opening the box, there was a light, pleasant fragrance that did dissipate. I didn't read the e-book, I just melted it the same way I always do, and it worked fine. The color and fragrance recipes I used worked very well. Demolding was easy, as was cutting a brick into bars. Melt and pour is an easy way to get into soap making and this particular soap base was a joy to work with.

First let me say I love this soap base, it has a wonderful lather and is easy to work with. My concern is there is no ingredients label with the product, so if you need to include the ingredients for re-sale it is almost impossible. I had to hunt down the ingredients by scanning the QR code and trying to find it on the storefront. There is no clear list in descending order. This is a violation of the FDA and Fair Packaging and Labeling Act so it's necessary to be easily able to find this information. Also the product label description is kinda confusing. One picture shows a goat with a container of milk on the front and it says, " Clear Glycerin melt and pour soap base made with vegetable glycerin" while another label also has a goat with a container of milk on the front and that one says, "Goat's Milk melt and pour soap base made with vegetable glycerin"A clear glycerin soap would be CLEAR.A goat milk glycerin soap with titanium dioxide would be white, so this is very confusing since both are white.Also the picture that comes with the soap shows a happy white couple, but this feels strange. First of all, who puts a super large picture of themselves with the product (no problem if they did), but it feels like this isn't a photo of a real couple.All that being said, I don't care who makes it, I really like the soap. It is a good product for a good price and I would just like some clarity on the labeling.

I purchased a different brand of melt and pour goat's milk and let me just say this brand is amazing. It's beautifully creamy and white and it actually smells lovely and I cannot wait to use this base from now on to make my soaps
